Roman Kizyma has worked in various IT roles since 2005. Roman began their career at JSC KREDOBANK as a Senior Network Administrator, where they configured IPSEC VPNs, supported and troubleshot WAN/LAN networks, managed IP addresses, implemented LAN security features, designed email infrastructure, and supported and installed services based on Linux OS. In 2010, they joined SoftServe as a Senior Network Administrator, where they configured, installed, and supported network devices, configured IPSEC VPNs, implemented QoS, supported WLAN infrastructure, created and provided presentations for the local IT department, and trained Junior Network Administrators. In 2012, they joined Mikro-Kod Consulting as a Consulting Engineer for Networks/Voice/Video. Roman also worked at McCain Foods from 2012-2017, where they served as a Senior Cisco Voice/Video Engineer and Senior Network Engineer. In 2021, they began their current role as Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations at Agiliway.
Roman Kizyma obtained a Master's degree in Computer Sciences (Management of computerized systems) from Lviv Polytechnic National University, Automatics and Telemechanics department between 2001 and 2006. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as ITIL Foundations from LinkedIn in October 2016, CCNA Wireless: Cisco Certified Network Associate Wireless in July 2013, CCNA: Cisco Certified Network Associate in April 2007, CCNP: Cisco Certified Network Professional in April 2012, Huawei Certified Routing and Switching Solutions Specialist in December 2011, and SMB Engineer: Small Business Engineer in July 2010.
