Claus Bruun has over 25 years of experience in marketing and customer success roles. Claus began their career in 1991 as a Trainee and International Marketing Coordinator at VELUX, where they were the driving force behind the first common European marketing activities. In 1994, they became a Producer at Motion Pictures. From 1995 to 1997, they worked as an Account Manager at O'Brian A/S, where they won and worked with 3M Health Care, DSB and Hotel Hvide Hus. From 1997 to 2002, they worked as an Account Director at McCann Fokus/Medialog, where they won and worked with Grundfos, Kraks, Ørestadsselskabet, Socialministeriet and Clipper Group. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Responsible for New Business at Grey Direct, where they won and worked with telecompany “3” and Citrix. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a B2C Marketing Manager at Dong Energy, where they were responsible for a successful merge of the marketing departments of Nesa and DONG, creating a new communication platform and website. From 2008 to 2016, they worked as Head of Marketing and Market Communication at PenSam, where they were responsible for all customer communication and marketing within pensions, bank and insurance. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as Afdelingschef Digitalisering, ansvar for Kundekommunikation at ATP, where they had responsibility for customer communication in all channels. Since 2019, they have been a Senior Customer Succes Manager at Agillic A/S.
Claus Bruun attended Virum Skole from an unknown period of time before attending Virum Statsskole from 1978 to 1981, where they earned a Matematisk student degree. Claus then attended Copenhagen Business School from 1984 to 1990, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
