Petra Aagaard

Petra Aagaard has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Travel Guide for Spies dk in 2005. In 2010, they worked as an HR Intern for Price Waterhouse Coopers. In 2011, they were a Master Thesis student at Copenhagen Business School. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an HR Consultant for Probana Business School, where they were responsible for coordinating the Mini-MBA program. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an HR Operations Advisor and HR Business Partner for Microsoft Development Center. In 2019, they became an HR Business Partner, global IT for Pandora, where they were responsible for designing, manufacturing, and marketing hand-finished and contemporary jewellery. Currently, Petra is the People & Culture Director at Agillic.

Petra Aagaard has a diverse educational background. Petra obtained their HHX from Handelsskolen I Ballerup BEC in 2003, followed by a Bachelor from Copenhagen Business School in 2009, majoring in Business Administration & Philosophy. In 2010, they obtained an MSc from EDHEC Business School in Management Control and a Cand.merc from Copenhagen Business School in 2011 in Human Resource Management. In 2014, they obtained the Prince2 Foundation and Prince2 Practitioner certifications from Rovsing Management A/S.
