Nathan Cahill, PhD, has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Nathan is currently working as a Lead Data Scientist at agilon health since October 2023. Before that, they were a Founding ML Engineer at Oplus.ai from June 2022 to August 2023, where they focused on developing Large Language Models for healthcare applications.

In the past, Nathan worked at Xpress Technologies as the Director of Machine Learning from May 2020 to May 2022. During their tenure, they provided technical and people leadership, initiated new ML products, and launched an entirely new product line that generated a $30m run rate within a year. Nathan also worked as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Xpress Technologies from August 2019 to May 2020, where they developed a comprehensive pricing model, designed user-based recommendation algorithms, and implemented geolocation enhancements for truckload applications.
