Prior to joining Agilus, Craig held the same role at DGSI, the parent company of three specialized brands - Design Group Staffing, Inteqna, and Talentcor. Craig played a crucial role in connecting employers with experienced professionals to meet their business needs. Before joining DGSI, Craig served as the President & CEO of Talentcor, where they provided recruitment services for various industries and managed senior and managerial roles. Craig also worked as the Senior Vice President of Randstad Sourceright, focusing on recruitment process outsourcing and payroll outsourcing. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice President & General Manager, Canada at Spherion Staffing Services and held the position of Vice President, GTA & Western Canada at Randstad. Craig started their career at PetSmart as a Store Director and Regional Specialty Manager. Craig also has experience as a Partner at Okanagan Freshwater Consulting. With their extensive background in leadership and talent management, Craig has established himself as a seasoned professional in the staffing and recruitment industry.

Craig Brown, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Aquatic Science from The University of British Columbia from 1992 to 1996. Craig then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Strategy from the University of Calgary between 2004 and 2009.
