Lori-Ann Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lori-Ann began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Hudson's Bay Company in 2000. Lori-Ann then worked as a Customer Service Manager & Sales Manager at Home Outfitters from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they served as an Assistant Store Manager at The Michaels Companies, Inc. from 2006 to 2008.
In 2008, Sullivan transitioned to entrepreneurship as the Owner & Childcare Provider at Child's Play Cardboard Castles Day Home, where they worked until 2013. During this time, they gained valuable experience in managing and providing childcare services.
Sullivan then entered the field of Human Resources, starting as a Human Resources Coordinator at DGSI in 2013. Lori-Ann later became a Human Resources Business Partner in 2017, working closely with business leaders in Western Canada, providing HR guidance, resolving employee relations issues, and conducting thorough investigations. Lori-Ann continued in this role until 2019.
Currently, Sullivan is employed at Agilus Work Solutions, where they have held two roles. Lori-Ann started as a Human Resources Business Partner in 2019 and has recently transitioned to the position of Manager, Human Resources in November 2022. Their responsibilities include leading and managing HR functions and delivering better outcomes for the company.
Lori-Ann Sullivan began their education in 1996 at Strathmore High School. Lori-Ann then attended Mount Royal University from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Criminology. From 2000 to 2002, Lori-Ann Sullivan continued their education at Mount Royal University, pursuing General Studies. In April 2016, they obtained a certification in Workplace Mental Health Leadership from Queen's University & Morneau Shepell. Their education journey is currently ongoing as they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Athabasca University, which began in 2020 and is expected to end in 2025.
