Hilma M.

Hilma M.'s work experience includes various roles in the field of Human Resources. Hilma started their career at Saks Fifth Avenue in 2005, where they served as a Human Resources Assistant, responsible for payroll processing and administrative duties. Hilma then moved up to become a Human Resources Manager, where they handled employee relations, training, and recruitment. In 2014, Hilma worked as an Executive Recruiter at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, responsible for recruiting top talent in finance, marketing, retail, and credit teams. Hilma then joined Saks Fifth Avenue again in 2015 as a Human Resources Business Partner, working closely with the EVP and store leadership team to align business strategy and execute HR programs. In 2017, Hilma joined MGM Resorts International as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing full-scale HR support to various corporate teams. Currently, Hilma is working at Agilysys as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, partnering with senior leaders from different departments and aligning HR strategies with the business needs.

Hilma M. pursued their education starting in 1999 at Glendale Community College, where they completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. After that, they attended California State University, Northridge from 2002 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science.
