Lakshmana Perumal

Lakshmana Perumal has a diverse background in the IT industry. Lakshmana is currently working as a Cloud Engineer at Agilysys since 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Cloud Architect at Capgemini Technology India Pvt Ltd from 2017 to 2021. In this role, they designed technology agnostic solutions, implemented compliance architecture, and led architecture initiatives.

Before that, Lakshmana worked at HCL Technologies for several years. Lakshmana held the position of Technical Project Manager from 2015 to 2016, where they were responsible for project management, stakeholder management, and delivering projects as per customers' business and IT strategies. Lakshmana also served as an Associate Project Manager from 2013 to 2015, and as a Project Lead from 2010 to 2013, where they provided technical expertise, conducted meetings, and understood user requirements.

Earlier in their career, Lakshmana worked as a Senior Software Engineer at HCL Technologies from 2007 to 2010, and as a Developer at Prodapt from 2005 to 2007.

From 2002 to 2005, Lakshmana attended the BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.

Between 1996 and 1999, Lakshmana studied at Arasan Ganesan College of Preceptors, earning a Diploma of Education in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.

From 1990 to 1996, Lakshmana attended P.A.C.M Hr Sec School where they completed their High School education.

In addition to their formal education, Lakshmana has also obtained several certifications. In 2021, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. In 2020, they earned the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2018, they obtained the TOGAF certification from The Open Group, and in 2016, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
