Sethuram Shivashankar

Sethuram Shivashankar serves as Agilysys’ Chief Information Officer. In this role he is responsible for running and transforming the technology infrastructure, digital platforms, and business applications that enable Agilysys’ global workforce to excel and be productive.

Sethuram brings over 28+ years’ of leadership experience in technology companies across multiple industries. Most recently, Sethuram spent 15 years at Scientific Games – formerly Bally Technologies – the global leader in Lottery, Gaming Products and Services, where he held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Gaming Systems, and Chief Technology Officer & Senior Vice President of Information Technology, where he led the Global Gaming Systems business unit, R&D and Information Technology. Prior to joining Bally Technologies, Sethuram spent 13+ years at Manhattan Associates, a supply chain planning and execution software solutions company, holding a variety of leadership positions that oversaw R&D, Services and Support. Sethuram has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from University of Mysore, India.
