James Vandagrifft is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at Aging & In-Home Services since August 2020, Vandagrifft has co-founded GrondGame Health and Preferred Community Health Partners, contributing to innovations in care transitions and coordination through a software-as-a-service model for aging services. As the founder of Preferred Population Health Management, Vandagrifft has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery.
