Margot Van Looy

Margot has been a member of the Antwerp Bar since 2015. She started her career at Nardis Lawyers before joining Agio in September 2016. Margot mainly focuses on litigation and assists and advises both private individuals and companies in various proceedings before the courts. She mainly treats files in criminal law, company law and corporate law with a special interest in restructuring and assisting companies in difficulty (GRP, formerly WCO). Margot has the necessary language skills to assist in Dutch, French and English.

Margot Van Looy studied law at the VUB and specialized throughout her studies in criminal law. Her master's thesis concerned the assistance of lawyers to minors in criminal cases, tested against Human Rights.
