Samuel Van Reeth

Samuel Van Reeth started working as a paralegal at Agio legal in January 2022. In 2022 he graduated from the University of Antwerp and started working as a lawyer at Agio Legal

He concentrates on real estate development in which aspects of both public and private construction law are addressed. This includes expropriation law, liability of public authorities, procurement, PPP, ... and in particular environmental law. Given his extensive master's thesis, Samuel is specialized in the specific matter of (rights in rem on) the public domain.

He advises and assists companies, authorities and private persons in drafting contracts, negotiating, conducting proceedings, etc.
