Catherine Owen Adams

Catherine Owen Adams is an accomplished board member and executive in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as an independent director on the boards of AssistRx, Optinose, and Agios Pharmaceuticals. As Chairperson of the Compensation Committee at Optinose, Catherine contributes to the strategic direction of a company focused on ENT and allergy treatments. With extensive experience at Bristol Myers Squibb, Catherine held the position of Senior Vice President, General Manager for the US commercial business, overseeing substantial oncology, immunology, and cardiovascular portfolios. Previous roles at Johnson & Johnson included leadership positions in immunology, infectious disease, and marketing, culminating in the successful commercialization of major products.
