Michael Bearden has extensive work experience in the language solutions industry. Michael began their career at ISI in 2005, where they served as the VP of Client Relations. As VP, they worked closely with clients in various industries, specializing in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and financial services. In 2012, Michael became the President of ISI Language Solutions and held this position until 2021. During their tenure as President, they oversaw the company's operations and strategic direction. In 2021, Michael joined BIG Language Solutions as the Executive Vice President of Customer Success. In this role, they partnered with strategic clients to develop customized language solutions and establish relationships with blue-chip organizations. Michael also worked closely with BIG's technical and linguistic experts to provide white-glove language support at the enterprise level. Michael's success in their role led to him being promoted to Chief Strategic Accounts Officer in 2022 and later to the position of Chief Customer Officer in 2023.

Michael Bearden attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education in 2018, where they focused their studies on High-Performance Leadership. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of South Dakota from 1997 to 1999. Michael completed their undergraduate studies at Arizona State University from 1993 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
