Sandeep Kishore

Sandeep Kishore has extensive experience in the technology sector, having held various executive roles at HCL Technologies from 1998 to 2016. Sandeep served as CEO and Managing Director of Zensar Technologies from 2016 to 2021, where they successfully transformed the company into a 100% digital enterprise. Kishore is also an Executive Partner at Siris Capital Group, where they assist in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities primarily in Technology Enabled Services. Additionally, Kishore is the Co-Founder and CEO of Har Asha Foundation, a non-profit organization that focuses on creating opportunities to enable people and drive positive impact. Sandeep also serves as a board advisor to various companies, including LeadSquared, ThoughtFocus, and Invent Health Inc. Most recently, Kishore founded Agivant Technologies in 2023, where they serve as Founder and CEO, and is focused on helping clients achieve growth through new-age AI-first digital and cloud engineering services.
