Alice Armstrong Scales is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in personal development and coaching. Currently serving as a Personal Development and EQ Coach at AGL Communication and as Chief Executive Officer of Armstrong Scales Coaching since 2019, Alice offers personal development coaching, workshops, webinars, restorative wellness retreats, and residential team-building activities. As the Owner and Manager of Chateau Les Arcis, Alice oversees operations while previously founding The Montessori Endowment Fund for Children, which aims to promote bilingual early childhood education through the establishment of a bilingual Montessori school in Paris.
