Ivan Lim

Ivan Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics, collections management, and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the Collections Excellence Manager at AGL Energy since October 2011. Ivan leads a team of over 40 individuals, focusing on optimizing collection strategies for commercial customers through data analytics. Ivan has received accolades such as the AICM National Credit Team of The Year in 2019 and has consistently contributed over $2M EBIT annually through various initiatives. Additionally, Ivan co-founded Your Best Self Ltd in March 2022, which offers health and wellness services, and previously co-founded Autosphere, an e-commerce platform. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Systems from Monash University and VCE from Melbourne High School.
