Jennifer Kelly currently serves as the Head of Strategy & Tech Office at AGL, where responsibilities include supporting the CIO in delivering technology solutions efficiently for customers. Previously, Jennifer held roles such as Head of Technology for Customer & Business Operations at Bupa and various leadership positions at ANZ, including Head of Practices & Performance and Engagement & Consulting Lead for Core Systems. Jennifer's extensive experience also features a significant impact at NAB as Head of Enterprise Business Analysis and other roles focused on business improvement and analysis. Jennifer possesses an MBA and a Graduate Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
