Natalie Saunders

Natalie Saunders is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in management and service delivery within AGL Australia since May 2012. Currently serving as Senior Manager IT for Gas and Renewables, Natalie oversees the Integrated Energy application services and is a key advocate for continuous improvement in AGL's technology platforms. As Chair of the Gender Diversity Committee for FB&T, Natalie promotes inclusion within the organization. Previous roles include Applications Service Delivery Manager and Service Delivery Lead for SAP ISU/CRM, where accountability for operational resilience and risk management was paramount. Natalie's career began at Optus as a Customer Service Representative, and Natalie holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Flinders University.
