Larry Murphy

Larry Murphy is an experienced professional in user experience design, currently serving as the Experience Design Lead for Voice/IVR at Travelers since April 2023. Previous roles include UX Designer at Performance Technology Partners, LLC, Project UX Designer at ADP, and UX Design Lead at TracFone Wireless, Inc. Larry has held various senior-level positions, such as Senior Manager for VUI Design & Usability at both Cognizant Technology Solutions and Convergys, and Senior Manager for IVR at Charter Communications. Larry's extensive background in voice user interface design began as a Senior Voice User Interface Designer at Nuance Communications. Larry holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Bridgeport, a Master of Science in Applied Psychology-Human Factors from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
