Eglė Aleksandravičiūtė

Eglė Aleksandravičiūtė began their work experience in 2014 as an English Teacher at Kames Kindergarten. In 2016, they worked as an English Lithuanian Translator at Kauno Diena, and also became an English Language Teacher at Kalbų mokykla Speak Up. Within the same company, they later transitioned to the role of Personnel Manager. In 2021, Eglė joined Xplicity as an IT recruiter before moving on to Agmis, where they initially worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Eglė is currently the Head of Human Resources at Agmis.

Eglė Aleksandravičiūtė completed their Bachelor's degree in English Philology from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas in the years 2013 to 2017. Eglė then pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Management of Organizations from the same university, which they completed between 2019 and 2021. In addition to their academic qualifications, Eglė obtained additional certifications including the "Certificate of INWIN HR Leadership Academy" from INWIN | Institute of Winning Negotiations in January 2023. Eglė also received "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" certification from LinkedIn in August 2020.
