Eric Cote

Eric Cote is an experienced mining professional with a strong background in mine management and engineering. Currently serving as General Superintendent of Mining at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since June 2015, Eric has held key positions in several organizations, including Mine Production Superintendent at Magris Resources from April 2010 to March 2015 and Mine Production Assistant Superintendent at XSTRATA Brunswick Mine from 2008 to April 2010. Eric began a career in mining as Chief Mine Engineer at Xstrata Zinc from March 2005 to January 2008. Academically, Eric holds a Master’s degree in Rock Mechanics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mine Engineering, both from Université Laval, with studies completed between 1987 and 1993.
