James Pilachowski oversees the hip program at AgNovos, setting the strategic vision and ensuring delivery against key initiatives. Mr. Pilachowski also has corporate functional responsibility for marketing at AgNovos, including product marketing, corporate communications, and market research. Immediately prior to joining AgNovos Healthcare, Mr. Pilachowski managed a major product portfolio for Bausch + Lomb’s vision care division and was a member of the marketing leadership team. He has twenty years of sales and marketing management experience, the majority of which has been spent in roles of increasing responsibility in local and global strategic brand management at industry-leading healthcare companies (i.e., Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, and Bausch+Lomb). In those roles, Mr. Pilachowski oversaw local and global launches, brand repositioning, and portfolio turnarounds. He received his master's of business administration (MBA) from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and his Bachelor’s degree from The College of Wooster (USA).
