Reeka Soni is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Agoda since August 2022. Previously, Reeka held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at talabat and worked as a Senior Technology Recruiter focusing on Full Stack Engineering at Agoda from August 2018 to November 2021. Reeka's career began in executive recruitment as a consultant at Monroe Consulting Group and later transitioned to a role as a Career Counselor and Head Hunter at Talentz Consulting Group.
