Rishi Gargi

Rishi Gargi is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Agoda since May 2022, focusing on managing payouts in the fintech sector related to affiliate hotels. Prior to Agoda, Rishi held the position of Associate Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from November 2019 to May 2022, specializing in corporate and investment banking. Rishi is also the founder of thingify, which was acquired after launching in September 2018. Additional experience includes roles at Airtel as Assistant Manager - Senior Software Engineer, working on IoT and machine learning research, and as Senior Software Engineer at Affle, where Rishi developed applications on the MEAN stack. Earlier positions include Full Stack Developer at Paxcom India and internships at NISCAIR and IBM. Rishi holds an AMPBA in Business Analytics from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from Giani Zail Singh College of Engineering & Technology.
