Paul Tipper

Paul Tipper is a highly experienced professional in the Railway Systems and Signalling industry, currently serving as the Director and Principal Signalling Engineer at P. R. Tipper Pty Ltd since January 2014. With extensive roles in various companies, including Senior Consultant at Agonis Group, Signalling Design Consultant at Rail Systems Australia and ARTC, and Signalling Project Engineer at V/Line, Paul has contributed to significant projects such as the Murray Basin Rail Project. Additional experience includes roles in Rail System Planning for Transport for NSW and as Australasia Signalling Skills Leader for Arup. Paul holds a degree from the University of Dundee and has pursued further training in Communication-Based Train Control systems.
