Chris Bates has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as the CEO and President of Agora Eversole since 2009, where responsibilities include marketing, promotion, advertising, branding, web development, social media management, business growth systems, and consulting for small businesses and nonprofits. Previously, Chris owned Mean Mallard, an outdoor sporting goods company from 2002 to 2009. Prior roles include Executive Director at the American Diabetes Association (1998-2002), Director of Development at Southern Christian Services for Children & Youth (1995-1998), and EAP/Outreach Supervisor at Community Counseling Services (1994-1995). Chris earned a B.S. in Psychology from Belhaven University between 1991 and 1994, and attended The University of Alabama from 1988 to 1991.
