Scott Spangler

Scott Spangler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and investment advisory roles. Currently serving as Managing Partner and COO at AI Capital since November 2017, Scott leads a firm focused on growth stage investments in artificial intelligence-driven companies. Additional roles include serving as an investor at XRHealth, Agorai, Luminoso Technologies, and AVYST, as well as a consultant for Masttro, a comprehensive wealth technology platform. Scott is also the founder and owner of Silver Hill Partners Ltd, a consultancy catering to various financial professionals. With a FINRA Series 65 Securities License, Scott has been a fee-only investment advisor representative at High Country Capital Management since July 1998 and leads rides for Global Cycle Rides since January 2018. Scott holds a B.B.A. in Economics & Finance from Colorado Mesa University and a Certified Equity Professional designation from Santa Clara University.
