Jacob Rowley

Jacob Rowley is an accomplished Engineering Project Manager with extensive experience in the safety and plastics industry. Currently employed at AGR International Inc since October 2022, Jacob focuses on strategic development and efficiency improvements in engineering project management. Previous experience includes serving as Launch Manager at Allegheny Performance Plastics® from November 2020 to October 2022, where efforts centered on reducing cycle times and enhancing project responsiveness. Jacob also held the position of Sustaining Engineering Manager at Honeywell from November 2011 to January 2020, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills through structured problem-solving and Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Jacob holds a Master’s degree in Engineering/Project Management from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor’s degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Penn State University.
