Josh Bratton

Josh Bratton has been with Agree since 2013 serving in a number of roles, including management of over 300 transactions in 37 states with a total value of over $1B.

As Director of Development, Josh is responsible for originating development opportunities for retailer clients and has worked with sector-leading retailers including 7-Eleven; TJX Companies, Inc.; Burlington Coat Factory; Hobby Lobby; O’Reilly Auto Parts; Tractor Supply Company; Tire Discounters; Harbor Freight Tools and more. He oversees market analysis, site selection, land acquisition, and entitlements, as well as managing the entire development process.

He is also responsible for sourcing and facilitating Partner Capital Solution and Development Take-Over projects working directly with developer partners.

Josh graduated from Rochester University with a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Leadership & Management. He is a certified Construction Design Professional (CDP) and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 2013. When not closing deals, he enjoys practicing music and art, mountain-biking, traveling, and entertaining friends and family.
