Merrie Frankel

Merrie Frankel is an accomplished real estate professional and educator with extensive experience in REIT and ratings advisory services, serving as President of Minerva Realty Consultants since September 2017. In addition to leading Minerva, Frankel holds key positions on the Board of Directors at Agree Realty Corporation and has taught real estate capital markets as an Adjunct Professor at both Columbia University and New York University. Previous roles include significant positions at Moody's Investors Service, Argo Funds-O'Connor Group, Ernst & Young, Cushman & Wakefield, and JP Morgan Securities. Frankel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD/MBA from Hofstra University School of Law and Graduate School of Business.
