Ryan Cockerill

Ryan Cockerill joined the Company in April of 2016 as its Director of Acquisitions. In 2018, he was promoted to Vice President of Acquisitions. He is responsible for analyzing and underwriting acquisition opportunities in the Eastern region of the States that fit within the Company’s investment criteria as well as sourcing transactions and managing a large network of real estate contacts. Ryan is a Co-Chair of ADC’s Steering Committee.

Prior to joining Agree, Ryan worked at Marcus & Millichap where he played an integral role in closing $200 million in transaction volume.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
