Constance Aubé

Constance Aubé has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Constance started their career in 2011 as a Réadacteur Gestionnaire des Contrats at Société d'Assurance L'Etoile. In 2012, they worked as an Assistante RH at Arrow ECS France before moving on to TOTAL, where they held roles such as Gestion de Projets RH et Gestion de Carrière and Sourcing and Back Office International Recruitments. In 2015, Constance worked as Développement commercial Midi-Pyrénées et Responsable RH at Elicci, a company specializing in personalized funerals. Constance then joined AUSY in 2016 as an RH Manager and remained there until 2019. Currently, they work as an Office Manager at AgreenCulture, a position they have held since 2019.

Constance Aubé began their education at Université Toulouse I Capitole from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a L2 degree in Law. Following that, they attended Institut de Gestion Sociale from 2011 to 2013, completing their Master 1 degree in Responsable de la Gestion des Ressources Humaines. Finally, from 2013 to 2014, Constance attended Institut de Gestion Sociale once again, obtaining a Master 2 degree in Responsable du Management et Développement des Ressources Humaines.
