Fleur is an experienced organisational development professional with a proven track record in leading organisational culture change programmes, developing strategies to build critical skills and leadership capability, and strategic workforce planning.
Prior to AgResearch, Fleur led the Organisational Development function at Meridian Energy New Zealand for five years. Her early career involved leadership roles in continuous improvement and learning and development at both Meridian and Spark.
Before moving into the People & Culture Director role, Fleur led the Organisational Talent and Development Team at AgResearch for 1 1/2 years.
