Stewart Rauner

Stewart Rauner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Stewart began their career as a Vice President of Investment Banking at Prudential Securities in 1987. Stewart then transitioned to working as a Corporate Attorney at Herzog, Fox & Neeman and Fischer Behar from 1991 to 1996. Rauner later moved into the technology sector, holding positions such as SVP/VP of Corporate and Business Development at GADline Ltd, Internet Telecom, and JOLT Optical Communications. During this time, they were involved in the successful acquisitions of these companies. Rauner also served as an Advisory Board Member at CableMatrix and Vringo. Stewart co-founded Popular Telephony and held the role of Co-Founder, Company Director, and SVP of Strategy and Business Development.

In 2015, Rauner became a Venture Partner at Terracap Ventures, contributing their expertise to support early-stage companies. Stewart then joined Touchcast as the Director of Business and Legal Affairs in 2019, where they played a key role in managing events and facilitating effective collaboration in the enterprise metaverse. Rauner's most recent position has been as the Managing Director of Ibex Capital LLC since 2009, where they provide growth investment, fundraising, strategy, and business development services to growth stage technology companies.

Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Agri-Light Energy Systems Ltd. Rauner's work involves optimizing crop cultivation and yield through a unique solar tracking system that enables dual usage of land for solar generation and agriculture. Throughout their career, Rauner has demonstrated a strong aptitude for strategic planning, business development, and corporate advisory roles.

Stewart Rauner's education history includes attending Harvard Law School, Columbia College at Columbia University where they studied Economics and International Relations, NYU Stern School of Business where they studied Corporate Finance, Stuyvesant High School, and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where they studied International Economic Development. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Member of the New York and Israel Bar.
