Russ Kelsey

Russ Kelsey has over 30 years of experience in the agricultural sector, demonstrating a strong background in sales and agronomy. Currently serving as the UK Sales Manager at Agrico UK Ltd since October 2007, Russ is responsible for the sales of 35,000 tons of UK-produced seed potatoes and 15,000 tons of Dutch seed. Prior to this role, Russ was an Area Sales Manager at MBM Produce Ltd from 1999 to 2007, focusing on new business development and sales growth for established clients. As the owner of Kelsey Independent Agronomy from 1997 to 1999, Russ provided advice on crop production for cereals, roots, and grass, alongside soil nutrient and fertilizer guidance. Earlier experience includes working as an Agronomist at Brown Butlin Ltd from 1992 to 1997, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of crop production, including chemical, seed, and fertilizer sales as well as soil agronomy.
