Tom Bowles

Tom Bowles has a wide range of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Tom began their career as a Teller at Census Federal Credit Union and quickly moved up to become a Computer Operator in the Accounting Department. Tom then worked at Educational Systems Federal Credit Union as an Accounting Tech/Jr. Accountant before joining HAR CO MARYLAND FEDERAL CREDIT UNION as an Accounting Specialist.

After that, Tom joined Agriculture Federal Credit Union (AgFed) where they held several roles including Accounting Manager, AVP Finance & Operations, VP of Finance, and SVP/CFO. In these roles, they were responsible for various financial and operational duties such as preparing financial statements, managing the investment portfolio, establishing budgets, and overseeing regulatory exams and audits. Tom also played a key role in introducing credit card products and establishing member service phone support.
