Lilli Schütz is a Crop Scientist at SERA since September 2023, focusing on the development of a cultivation and management platform that integrates horticultural expertise with advanced data analytics. Prior to this role, Lilli Schütz was the Team Lead in Plant Science at Agrilution from May 2020 to July 2023, contributing to a fully automated solution for home-grown nutritious produce. Lilli Schütz also co-founded Grow Scientific Progress, a European Citizens' Initiative aimed at promoting sustainable agriculture. Earlier experience includes various positions at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research, where significant research into neurobiology and molecular memory was conducted. Lilli Schütz holds a Master of Science in Plant Sciences from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Heidelberg University. Educational background also includes attendance at Northeastern University and the Frankfurt International School, where an International Baccalaureate diploma was obtained.
