Daria Reisch has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries. Daria is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Agrinorm since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager & Scientific Associate in Sustainable Agriculture at Berner Fachhochschule BFH from September 2017 to August 2020. Daria completed their Master's Thesis at Nestlé from October 2016 to June 2017. Daria also worked as a Project Manager at a Family Office from November 2014 to December 2016. Before that, they were an HR Business Partner at MAG Commodities AG from July 2012 to October 2014. Daria began their career at Mriya Agro Holding, where they served as a Project Manager for the "Ukrainian Agrarian School" from July 2011 to August 2012, and later as a Manager of Educational Projects from September 2010 to July 2011.

Daria Reisch began their education at the Kyiv Business Lyceum from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained their high school diploma and certificate of basic managerial skills. Daria then attended the International Christian University from 2005 to 2010, earning their Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing. In 2007 and 2008, Daria participated in EuroClass, a training program for youth leaders in Europe, at Silkeborg Hojskole. Daria later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, Major in Business Development and Promotion at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Daria attended the World Food System Summer School at ETH Zürich, where they studied Food Systems in Transition.
