Florentine Zieglowski

Florentine Zieglowski is an experienced professional in the field of cellular agriculture and public policy. As a Co-Founder of RESPECTfarms since October 2021, Florentine is pioneering the production of cellular meat. In November 2023, Florentine became a Founding Member of the Task Force New Feed & Food at DLG e.V. Contributions to Cellular Agriculture Germany as General Manager from August 2022 to July 2023 included fostering advancements in cellular agriculture across German-speaking regions. Previous roles include Business Development Researcher at Mosa Meat, Marketing Campaigner at Charité, and Project Assistant at APCO Worldwide. Academically, Florentine holds a Master of Science in Strategy and Innovation from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics and a Master of Science in International Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Governance and Public Policy from Universität Passau.
