Christie Lockyer

Christie Lockyer has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field, beginning in 2003 as a Human Resources Consultant for Sparke Helmore Lawyers. In 2006, they moved to John Holland as a Senior HR Advisor, where they worked on the Gold Coast Desalination Project. In 2008, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Leighton Contractors, leading all facets of the HR function for a $580 million infrastructure project. In 2011, they became Head of HR, APAC at Boardriders, leading a team of 60+ across 8 countries. Currently, they are the Chief People Officer at AgriWebb, delivering the digital future of agriculture with a SaaS platform that optimizes performance and production.

Christie Lockyer is currently enrolled in the Board Ready Corporate Governance Program at Bond University. Previously, they earned a Bachelor of Business from the University of Newcastle, with a focus in Human Resources, Management, and Marketing.
