Matthieu Lambeaux

Matthieu Lambeaux serves as the Group CEO and President of AgroBiothers Laboratoire since January 2020, leading the transformation of the company into a prominent European omnichannel leader in pet care with significant acquisitions in Germany, Switzerland, and Denmark. Prior to this role, Matthieu was the CEO of D’AUCY FRESH, where the creation of a new division occurred through the acquisition of a retail chain. As Group CEO at Saint Mamet, Matthieu successfully turned the business from loss to profit within five months, marking a significant milestone after two decades. Previous positions include CEO Southern Europe at Nomad Foods, impacting substantial growth in the frozen food sector, and various leadership roles at Findus France, Campbell Soup Company, and Unilever, emphasizing innovation and marketing excellence. Matthieu holds multiple European MBA degrees and a BA in European business from several prestigious institutions.
