Ache is a complex biosystem’s scientist and entrepreneur with leadership experience in startup founding and advisory roles on non-profit boards. As Research Director, he led a joint research team at Yale University's School of Architecture, Environment, and Engineering & Applied Sciences to build the world’s first patented Green Cooling Tower (thermoGreenWall™). Ache’s graduate research at Yale School of the Environment focused on Legume Stress Physiology and Biostimulants. He received advanced postgraduate training at the Yale SEAS in Mechanical Engineering & Material Science, investigating Heat and Mass Transfer in Porous Materials. At Green Templeton College, University of Oxford, Ache uses empirical modeling approaches to understand pollination and physiological limits of cacao productivity in Western Ghana. Ache is one of the leading investigators of the n-hBiostimulant novel growth promoter. His research interests span plant physiology, agroecology, biophysics, and ecological engineering. He has over a decade of experience in hands-on rural agricultural extension projects for poverty reduction across seven regions in Ghana.
