V. James Spadafora

V. James Spadafora has over 20 years of experience in the agricultural industry. V. James has held various leadership roles in companies such as AgroFresh, AgBiome Innovations, FMC Corporation, Arysta LifeScience, Nufarm, BASF, and American Cyanamid Company. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for global product development, field development, technical service, global project management, research and development, and product management. V. James has a strong focus on developing sustainable and innovative products for crop protection.

V. James Spadafora completed their education with a B.A. in Biology from La Salle University in 1979. V. James then pursued an M.S. in Botany and Plant Pathology at the University of Maine from 1979 to 1981. Finally, they obtained a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology with a focus on Fungicide Technology, Epidemiology, Mycology, and Biostatistics from Penn State University between 1983 and 1986.
