Zacharoula Theodorakopoulou

Zacharoula Theodorakopoulou is an experienced food scientist and data curation manager at Agroknow, having held multiple roles since October 2020, including data curator and data curation intern. Prior experience includes serving as a quality assurance lab analyst at AGROVIM S.A. during the summers of 2018 and 2019. Zacharoula is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Food Safety at The University of Edinburgh, following an Erasmus semester in Biosystems Engineering at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of West Attica.
