Ricardo Ficher has held various roles in the finance industry since 2000. Ricardo began their career at BankBoston as a Senior Risk Analyst in 2000. In 2006, they moved to Bank of America as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Risk Analyst. In 2007, they joined WestLB as an Associate Director. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Director and Senior VP at Credit Agricole CIB. Ricardo then moved to HSBC Commercial Banking as a Senior Manager in Commodity Structured Trade Finance from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they became Superintendente Adjunto at Citi. In 2019, they took a sabbatical and worked as a Job Transition/ BR Fixed Income Analyst/ BR Equities Analyst/ Crypto Analyst/ Retail Investor. Most recently, in 2021 they joined A de Agro as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
Ricardo Ficher received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Escola de Administração Mauá in 2002, having started their studies in 1999.
