Bratindra Sanyal

Bratindra Sanyal is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in managing human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as VP and HR Leader for India and the Philippines at AGS Health, Bratindra previously held significant roles at Optum as HR Leader, overseeing a workforce of over 8,000 employees, and at Lendingkart, where expertise in setting up HR processes and fostering a high-performance culture was demonstrated. Additional experience includes Vice President positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and HSBC, as well as HR leadership roles at Genpact and Tata AIA Life Insurance. Bratindra has a strong educational foundation, including a recent Strategic HR Leadership program from Cornell University and an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
