Kayla Pagenkopf

Kayla Pagenkopf is an experienced DHI Field Technician at AgSource, where responsibilities include performing Dairy Herd Improvement services, collecting data and samples for reporting, and building relationships with dairy members in Northwestern Wisconsin. Previously, Kayla served as a Converting Operator at Cascades, operating machinery and handling maintenance tasks while ensuring production goals were met. Earlier experience as a Herdsperson at Sandy Acres Dairy included duties in reproductive management, animal care, and assisting with fieldwork. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and has completed specialized training in Farm Service & Supply and Dairy Farm Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
