Donald Raleigh

Donald Raleigh is the owner of Evolve Systems since September 2002 and serves as Chief Technology Officer at Aguardion from January 2017. Raleigh was a State Representative for Blaine and Lexington, Minnesota, from January 2021 to January 2023, contributing to committees in Public Safety, Labor, Industry, Veterans’ Affairs, and Capital Investment. Previously, Raleigh held various sales positions at Creative Internet Solutions, BT, Syntegra, Control Data, Entex, and Inacomp between 1992 and 2002. An 8-year veteran of the US Army, Raleigh served as a soldier and interrogation specialist and was part of the Presidential Ceremonial Unit. Raleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Emergency and Disaster Management from American Military University, earned between 2010 and 2016, and a high school diploma from Osceola High School, completed in 1984.
