Hertomi Ardian currently serves as an Estate Management Junior Manager at Agung Sedayu Group, focusing on identifying vulnerabilities in enterprise processes and developing data-driven solutions, acting as a liaison between IT and management. Previously, Hertomi held the position of Senior Service Excellence at PT Tokopedia from April 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing partnerships with BPOs, conducting internal compliance audits, setting KPIs for partner teams, and performing budget management and performance analysis.
